Call Centre Agent/Recruiter

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team by managing high-volume candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inbound and outbound recruitment calls, scheduling interviews, confirming candidate attendance, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound recruitment calls to engage prospective candidates.
- Schedule and book candidate interviews using the company calendar system.
- Contact candidates to confirm interview attendance and provide any required interview information.
- Follow up with candidates who fail to attend scheduled interviews and reschedule appointments where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Capture detailed call notes, outcomes, and dispositions after every candidate interaction.
- Respond professionally to candidate enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the recruitment process.
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure interviews are scheduled efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and service delivery targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment, sales, or a call centre environment.
- Previous experience conducting high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM system will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Clear criminal record.
